Directions to your Vacation Condo
Coronado Towers is located at 705 N. Atlantic Ave. New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169. Google directions are available by clicking on the small blue directions link in the Google map provided below this paragraph. Note, that if you click the satellite option on the map, you will see the sandy beach next to our pool deck.
Directions from SR-44 and I-95: Go east on SR-44 about 6 miles. You will pass by business SR-44 (do not turn there). You will pass over the intra-coastal waterway bridge (also known as the South Causeway). It is a very large bridge with a lovely view that you cannot miss. After the bridge, turn left at the first traffic light onto Peninsula Ave. Go about 1 mile to Crawford Road. Turn right onto Crawford. Coronado Towers is the last building on the right. The manager's office is located in the center of the building by the stairs.
Note: SR 44 was realigned some years ago making driving to the beach easier. However, there's now a business SR-44 which you should avoid. New SR-44 has retained several of the street names of the original streets it over ran. These include Lytle Ave. and 3rd Ave. Ignore street names. Just go straight down SR-44, which is 4 lanes, from I-95 to Peninsula Ave.
Directions from US 1: US 1 runs the length of Florida. If you have been sight seeing in the area and are on US 1, turn east from the intersection of US 1 and Washington Street which is in New Smyrna Beach. There is a traffic light at this intersection. Continue straight about 2 miles passing over the North Causeway and the intra-coastal waterway. Washington Street changes names at this point and becomes Flager Ave. Turn left onto Atlantic Ave. Go about 0.3 miles on Atlantic. Turn right into the Coronado Towers parking lot. The manager's office is in the center of the building by the stairs.
